Schoolcomms Licence options Schoolcomms is available with either a Full licence or Pay As You Go. The table below shows the features of each Licence option. If you would like to know more please call 0844 445 7147. There are a few details and conditions attached: The free SMS credit bundle is 25 for Primary PAYG and 50 for Secondary PAYG customers. Each Full licence receives 100 free SMS credits on activation. PAYG accounts may be disabled if no SMS credits are purchased in each 12 month period after activation. The PAYG service is limited to SMS text messaging, using the ‘Compose SMS message’ screen. PAYG customers can upgrade to a full licence to access the full Email and Attendance functions. If a full licence holder wishes to change to PAYG, they will not normally be allowed to carry over any unused SMS credits.

If you haven’t already done so, just click on the ‘Download’ button at the top right of this page to install the application and follow the instructions on screen. When you open Schoolcomms from the desktop icon choose to ‘Create an account’. The wizard will take you through the steps to create your school’s account and we will activate it for you within 2 working days. We will even give you some free SMS credits to get started. Once activated you can log in and use the import wizard to step you through importing your data from SIMS or other MIS. It only takes a few minutes and you are ready to start sending messages.
