used by the school.

in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The
details we collect will be used as follows:-
(1) To comply with legal requirements.
(2) The personal information given, messages sent and received and
attendance data will be shared with your own school(s) management only. Users
can opt out, change or delete their contact details in our records at any time
using either their own chosen log in details or by contacting the school(s) as
appropriate.
(3) We will not use your email address or phone number to send you
information on products and services.

(2) We will not share information from the school’s database or
messages received or sent with anyone other than the school themselves and for
(1) above. Our own staff may see information in the course of providing
technical support to the school but this will not be shared with anyone without
permission of the Data Controller.
(3) We may use your own email address to send you information on our
other products and services. In such a case you will be offered the option to
opt in/out before completing your purchase.
(4) We may pass your own details to another organisation to
supply/deliver products or services you have purchased and/or to provide
after-sales service.
