Full
or PAYG licence
For SMS messaging only,
choose a PAYG licence. This is FREE to install and set up – we even give
you some FREE SMS credits to try it out with!
The Full licence gives you extra
functions; email with attachments, automated attendance messaging and reduced
cost SMS credits.
Costs
less than
three stamps per year.
A Schoolcomms Full licence costs
less than the price of
three stamps per pupil per annum! Emails have no extra
cost.
From only 6p per
text.
Text messages can be sent to
groups of parents or school members at the touch of a button for only 6p each.
Caters for those
without email or mobile.
It is essential
that families that do not have email or a mobile phone are included.
A distribution
list of people who have not registered for email or text messages is generated
when each Schoolcomms message is sent. This means that paper copies of messages
need only be distributed to those that need them.
The
distribution lists are ordered by registration group for easy distribution via
'pupil post'. Alternatively the list can be saved with addresses and telephone
numbers from SIMS for mail merge or manual phone contact.
This reduces
printing, postage, telephone and paper costs, and administration time.
Easy to use
Unexplained Absence Management.
Links to SIMS Attendance to read
unexplained absences. Choose from SMS or email to contact parents promptly,
saving hours of phoning. Responses by SMS, email and voice can be processed and managed on screen quickly and efficiently.
Also enables follow up on absences over a chosen date
range. Complete history by student of attendance contact.
